We do not accept returns on customized products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Full refunds are available during the design approval stage ONLY if you are not satisfied with your design.
If your order has already been printed following your design approval, refunds cannot be offered.

Ownership of packages transferred to USPS/UPS/FEDEX becomes the buyer's responsibility. We are not accountable for lost, held, or damaged packages, mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. For issues related to shipping, please contact USPS/UPS/FEDEX. For valuable orders, we recommend purchasing insurance.
If a package is delayed or late in delivery, and USPS/UPS/FEDEX has accepted the package, the delivery speed is out of our control. If a domestic parcel has not been received within 21 days of shipping, please contact us.
